Primary and Pre-Primary registration for the 2025-26 school year will take place January 27th- February 7th, 2025.

HOW TO REGISTER:

• A child must be registered in the neighbourhood school where he/she/they reside. Visit https://www.cbvbussing.ca/ to confirm bus eligibility for your address.
• Complete Registration Online: https://cbvrce.ca/studentregistration/

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Children being registered for Primary MUST be five (5) years of age on or before December 31, 2025.
• Children being registered for Pre-Primary MUST be four (4) years of age on or before December 31, 2025.
• Valid proof of the student’s age (official birth certificate, passport, immigration papers or adoption papers), original proof of residency (two pieces) along with provincial Health Card number and expiry must be uploaded at the time of registration.

TRANSFER REQUESTS:

• Requests for transfers be reviewed in mid-September 2025. More information about student transfers is available here.
