Pre-Primary and Primary Registration for the 2026-27 school year is now open! 

Please review all of the information below before registering. 

How to Register

To register your child, visit https://cbvrce.ca/studentregistration/ and seelct the appropriate grade level. If you require assistance, please contact the school.    

Eligibility

• Children being registered for Pre-Primary MUST be four (4) years of age on or 
  before December 31, 2026.

• Children being registered for Primary MUST be five (5) years of age on or before 
  December 31, 2026. (Children  currently enrolled in Pre-Primary do not need to re-register for Primary)
   

School Catchment

• A child must be registered in the neighbourhood school where he/she/they reside. 
  Visit https://cbvrce.mybusplanner.ca/Eligibility to confirm your child’s school. 
   

Bussing

• Visit  https://cbvrce.ca/home10/web/transportation to confirm bus eligibility for your address. 
   

Identification

• Valid proof of the student’s age (official birth certificate, passport, immigration 
  papers or adoption papers), original proof of residency (two pieces) along with 
  provincial health card number and expiry must be uploaded at the time of registration.

• If you are having trouble uploading documents or accessing the online registration form please contact the school.    
   

Transfer Requests 

• Requests for student transfers will be reviewed mid-September 2026.
