Application Instructions

  1. You must be logged in to submit a career development grant application.
  2. Principal Portal and Voluntary Transfer List accounts are applicable here. You can reset your account here: Account Reset.
    • NOTE: Teacher Vacancy (Substitute) Accounts can not be used to access PDFC Applications. Substitutes can create an account at the Voluntary Transfer List.
  3. Once logged in, you can submit, revise or delete your PDFC grant applications until the application deadline prior the next monthly PDFC committee meeting.
  4. Completed applications must be recieved by the PDFC committee on or before the Monday prior to the next meeting. Submissions after the deadline will be reviewed at the next meeting. The committee review date is indicated in application form and in the table below. Please ensure all revisions to your applications are completed prior to the deadline.

Application Submitted for Conferences

Applications shall not be submitted for conferences which take place more than 4 meeting dates in the future. (example: conference is March, application should not be entered prior to December)

If an application exceeds this limit, it will be deleted and the teacher must reapply.
